The Court of Appeals rendered its judgment on 25 March 2025 in case number Lt.P. 1/2024 and case number 5061/2025 between the Election Commission and Mr. Narong Rasmi, a member of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council for Nong Chok District. From the case of the objection that Mr. Narong and his group supported or were complicit in Mr. Prabhas Wattanapongsai bringing plastic bottles of drinking water with the message “MP Siripong Rasmi Narong Rasmi and friends” to give to Wat Nong Chok at the ordination hall gable raising ceremony to encourage voters to vote for him.
